Do you fancy meeting a kung-fu-cow, a bobble-hatterpillar or a shark that glows in the dark? What do you think an ooh-la-la-lamb or a fruit jellyphant might look like?

Author and illustrator Nick Sharratt will introduce you to all manner of weird and wonderful animals from the pages of his latest picture books. He’ll be drawing and rhyming and he’s hoping you’ll help him invent some brand new crazy creatures!

Nick has illustrated over 150 books, including all of Jacqueline Wilson’s books, and written more than 40 picture books of his own. He has won many prizes for his work, most recently the 2010 Nottingham Children’s Book Prize and the 2010 Oxfordshire Book Award.
